The Esse are back sailing
The sailing season could finally start again this summer after the lockdown. There were unfortunately only a few boats in Malcesine, but 9 races could be sailed with SUI 178 Solino taking the win, and ITA 018 Atreju and SUI 005 Esseboats completing the podium.
Later there were 5 Esseboats, three Esse 850, one 990 and one 330 participating at the ‘SYZ Translémanique en solitaire’ which runs the same course as the Bol d’Or Mirabaud on the Léman lake, but single handed: SUI 076 Darnetal skipped by David Pertuiset arrived 10th overall behind a bunch of larger boats and took the win in the TCF 1&2 Class.
