Looking back at 2025

As the season gets underway it's worth while looking back at 2025 to understand the who's who of Esse 850 racing. Focussing on Switzerland, home of the design, two lakes represent the majority of Esse 850 racing: Lake Zurich, home of Esse Boats, and Lake Léman, where the Esse 850 is a strong contender in all the long distance races.

The following  graphs show the top 10 performers for Lake Zurich and Lake Léman. Lake Léman, where a total of 22 distinct boats participated in regattas and Zurich with 21 boats, where 3 boats travelled from Lake Léman to Zurich for the Swiss Championships.

On Lake Zurich  the prize goes to SUI 091 for participating in 4 races.

Let's do it again in 2026! We already  have 11 boats registered for the Genève-Rolle-Genève and will have our own ranking!
