European Open 2016 – Days 1&2

The conditions of the first two days at the Esse 850 European Open 2016 on Lake Garda can be described by only one word: Wow! The racing committee of the Fraglia Vela Malcesine was able to carry out eight spotless races with both Pelèr and Ora in up to 28knts of wind speed. This leaves one last race for tomorrow’s last day of the event.

A last race that promises lots of tension as team «Ottocinque Due» with Alain Marchand in current first and team «Zebrabox» with Paul-Ambroise Sevestre in current second place are only one point apart. We’ll let you know about the outcome of the battle for victory tomorrow as soon as possible, but for now it’s off to the official social event of the Gentlemen’s Class at the Esse 850 European Open 2016. Cheers!
