Stephan Züger, president of the Esse 850 International Class, announces a delay of the general assembly of 2015. The general assembly of the Esse 850 International Class will no longer take place at the beginning of May at Lugano but just before the Swiss Championships on Lake Constance in October 2015. Please consider Stephan Züger's recent letter to the class for the reason of this postponement:

Dear Esse 850-Sailors

In my last letter to the class I announced the general assembly to take place on the 30th of April 2015 at Lugano.

I'm afraid I need to delay the assembly because I will be on holiday later than planned due to business matters. Marco Vogelsang, our vice president, would have jumped in but unfortunately broke his shin and calf-bone on the 30th of December last year and therefore is rather less mobile. Even though he's on the mend, sailing preliminarily is not at the top of his agenda. Get well soon!

After consultation with Marco and Josef I have decided to hold the general assembly just before the Swiss Championships on Lake Constance. The appropriate invitation will follow timely on our new homepage.

I wish you all a windy start of season at Lugano.

Best regards,
Your President, Stephan
